Candil Hall Summer Camp

When the school year ends, Candil Hall transforms itself into a summer get-away for your child.  Each week your child will be learning, investigating and creating based on a school-wide theme.  Every morning your child’s class will gather in the multi-purpose room to attend “opening ceremonies” with the entire school. 

 

Wacky Wednesdays and Fun Fridays provide your child with the opportunity to enjoy silly activities involving the theme all while learning and growing. 

 

Once a week each class participates in a scheduled Water Day.  During this time your child will enjoy a morning of running in

the sprinklers, exploring at the water table, playing water games and relaxing in the grassy courtyard on the large playground.           

 

While the toddlers and preschoolers are enjoying their summer vacation at school, school-aged children in grades kindergarten through fifth go on field trips that will take them on explorations all over Las Vegas.  From the oceanic adventure at the Shark Reef in the Mandalay Bay to fun in the sun with a picnic at the

park, your child’s summer will fly by leaving them with memories that will last a lifetime.
